Job summary

Bush Brothers is seeking an experienced Receiving/Warehouse Manager to oversee unloading, storage, and movement of premium meats destined for Florida hotels, restaurants, and Caribbean clients. You will lead a small team, ensure accuracy of deliveries, and coordinate with production for smooth operation.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in warehousing with at least 2 years in leadership, strong communication, and familiarity with forklifts and pallet jacks. Competitive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of warehouse experience, including at least 2 years of leadership experience within the warehouse team.
• Prompt, daily attendance, combined with strong work ethic.
• Ability to lead a team of 3-4 associates to efficiently perform duties.
• Competency with forklifts, pallet jack, lift trucks and other material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, unloading, and warehousing, the finest meats that are destined for hotels, restaurants, and country clubs in Florida and the Caribbean.
• Lead a team of 3-5 associates to conduct duties in an accurate and timely manner.
• Check/scan deliveries to ensure product ordered matches product received.
• Organize cooler/freezer storage and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Communicate with Warehouse staff and production team to ensure product availability for fabrication.
• Restock product from storage racks to picking racks.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts.
