Job summary

Kenosha, WI-based Uline is seeking a Warehouse Manager to direct the overnight operations at our 800,000-square-foot Kenosha facility loaded with 43,000+ products. You’ll lead a dedicated night crew, ensure efficient handling of returns, receiving, restock, and transfers, and maintain high accuracy across processes.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), warehouse leadership experience, and strong problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum: high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience leading warehouse teams and understanding warehouse procedures.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage overnight / night operations of the warehouse, including returns, receiving, put away, transfers, restock, freight, parcels and conversion.
• Lead and develop overnight / night warehouse team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Maintain high accuracy in overnight / night operations.
