Job summary

Mr Greens Produce in Houston, TX is seeking a dedicated Night Warehouse Manager to oversee overnight operations, accuracy, and safety in a multi-temperature food storage facility. You will lead a night team, manage returns, receiving, put-away, transfers, and generate daily to monthly reports while maintaining a food-safe environment and collaborating with other departments to ensure flawless fulfillment.

The role requires a minimum of one year in warehouse management and experience with power

Qualifications

• 1– year of previous warehousing management experience.
• Overnight shift experience required.
• Power Pallet Jacks experience is required.
• Fresh produce industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage overnight / night operations of the warehouse, including returns, receiving, put away, transfers, restock, freight, parcels, and conversion.
• Lead and develop an overnight / night warehouse team to deliver high-quality service.
• Maintain high accuracy in overnight / night operations.
• Produce reports and statistics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Develop associates through training on policy and procedures and maintain clear communication across teams.
• Ensure items are picked accurately and safely to prevent damage.

We are seeking a highly motivated Night Warehouse Manager!

Responsibilities

• Manage overnight / night operations of the warehouse, including returns, receiving, put away, transfers, restock, freight, parcels, and conversion.
• Lead and develop an overnight / night warehouse team to deliver unparalleled customer service.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy in overnight / night operations.
• Produce regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Responsible for associate development through training on policy & procedures. Creates a cohesive organization by keeping lines of communication open and directs workforce to insure efficient workflow.
• Ensure items pick accurately and safely to prevent damage.
• Perform tasks in multi-temperature environments
• Maintaining a food-safe environment.
• Report any damaged equipment to General Manager and/or Safety Manager
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 1- a year of previous warehousing managing Experience.
• Power Pallet Jacks: (Required)
• 1- year Fresh Produce experience preferred
• Overnight Shift (Required)
• Must be able to work effectively with other employees, and other departments within the company.
• Must be able to climb, stoop, kneel, and reach.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work in 35 to 70-degree temperatures.
• Prior experience working in the food industry.
