Job summary

Mitchell Distributing is seeking a Warehouse Loader for the Shannon, MS site. This full-time overnight role operates Monday–Thursday from 5:00 p.m. to 3:30 a.m.

with a four-day workweek and three-day weekend, loading beverages for delivery using pallet jacks and forklifts. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, warehouse experience, and a strong safety mindset. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or material-handling experience preferred.
• Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely and accurately load beverage products onto delivery vehicles.
• Select, organize, and stage products according to scheduled deliveries.
• Load and unload products using pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material-handling equipment.
• Verify product quantities and accuracy against orders and loading documents.
• Safely stack and organize products to prevent damage during transportation.
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect products to the Warehouse Manager.
• Assist with inventory counts and identifying product discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
• Work with the warehouse team to meet daily loading and productivity goals.
• Follow all company, safety, and warehouse procedures.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
