Sonepar USA Inc in Aurora, CO is seeking a Warehouse Associate - Overnight Loader to support night shift operations, handling order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and inventory control. You will operate forklifts as needed, maintain clean work areas, and coordinate with other teams to ensure accurate stock levels and on-time deliveries.

You’ll typically lift up to 50 lbs, collaborate across departments, and participate in a robust benefits package including healthcare, PTO, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in receiving software and systems.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with inventory systems or ERP software.
• Forklift certification is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Order fulfillment: Pick, pack and prepare outing shipments per customer order.
• Shipping coordination: Process shipping labels and documents.
• Inspection: Check incoming goods for defects and report issues.
• Inventory Management: Update inventory systems and labeling.
• Documentation: Maintain receiving logs and records.
• Equipment Use: Safely operate forklifts and hand trucks.
• Coordination: Assist with receiving, shipping, inventory, and quality control.
• Stock Organization: Keep receiving area clean and organized.
• Returns: Process returned items and coordinate with vendors.
• Other responsibilities may be assigned.
