Responsibilities include shipping prep, inventory control, and ensuring accurate documentation and reporting. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, with 3+ years in warehouse support and related fields; associate degree or CSCP

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED is required; an associate degree is preferred.
3+ years in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, or related field.
CSCP certification or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

Process inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse activities to support accurate product movement and order fulfillment.
Prepare shipments, packing materials, and staging areas to meet handling requirements and dispatch timelines.
Reconcile inventory discrepancies, stock movements, and variances to preserve inventory integrity.
Monitor stock levels, storage conditions, and workflow status to identify replenishment needs and service risks.
Investigate damaged shipments, handling issues, and process exceptions to determine causes and resolution.
Document shipment status, inventory updates, and operational exceptions to maintain warehouse visibility.
