Job summary

Cencora Roanoke, TX is seeking a Lead Warehouse (Days) to support inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse activities and ensure accurate product movement. You will prepare shipments, monitor stock levels, and resolve discrepancies to maintain inventory integrity.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, 3+ years in warehouse operations, and CSCP or equivalent certification preferred. Monday–Friday 7:00 am to finish, pay starting at $23.55 per hour.

Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED required; associate degree preferred.
3+ years in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, or related field.
CSCP or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Process inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse activities to support accurate product movement.
Prepare shipments, packaging materials, and staging areas to meet timelines.
Reconcile inventory discrepancies and monitor stock movement to preserve inventory integrity.
Investigate damaged shipments and process exceptions for timely resolution.
Document shipment status, inventory updates, and operational data.
