Job summary

Johnson Brothers Liquor Company is seeking a Warehouse Night Lead to assist with leadership, replenishment, receiving, and training. You will direct workflow, monitor productivity, and help ensure inventory accuracy while safely operating forklifts, stock pickers, and pallet jacks.

Strong communication and leadership are essential as you liaise between staff and management and support a fast-paced warehouse environment with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience required.
• Basic math skills are required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with warehouse equipment including forklifts, stock pickers and pallet jacks.
• Ability to operate and maintain equipment in a safe manner.
• Proven leadership and strong communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist manager with direction of activities of all warehouse associates in their areas.
• Liaise between employees and managers to coordinate tasks.
• Monitor productivity and accuracy to ensure efficiency.
• Direct workflow and ensure timely replenishment and loading.
• Maintain inventory accuracy using warehouse systems.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and stock pickers; train new hires.
