Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Warehouse Forklift Operator, Non Formula, to join our distribution team in Shawano, WI. You will operate forklift, pallet jack, reach truck and other equipment to move freight from staging to storage and replenish pick slots while maintaining GMP and safety standards.

You will work Sunday-Thursday 7 PM until finished, with overtime as needed, and contribute to accurate inventory, safe operations, and a productive workflow in a multi-temperature warehouse

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent
• 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check
• Must be able to work the scheduled / assigned times and required overtime
• Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products weighing 10-35 pounds and up to 60-90 pounds
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry)

Responsibilities

• Locate proper slot on storage racks and move pallets with forklift or hand stack items; enter product data and location.
• Replenish pick slots with outgoing stock according to next day's work orders.
• Rotate date-sensitive stock to the front and remove outdated inventory per policy.
• Disperse over-stocked items to available slots for temporary storage.
• Remove empty pallets and packing materials; ensure neat, safe work area.
• Follow safety policies; report unsafe conditions immediately; perform safety checks.

Education
