Shearer's Foods in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator for the night shift to oversee daily warehouse workflow and dock operations. You will coordinate shifts, manage inventory records, and serve as a liaison to supervision when needed.

You will lead shipping, material movement, and cross‑department communication to ensure accurate, timely delivery of products while upholding our safety and quality standards. Prior forklift experience is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years minimum forklift experience.
• Understanding of raw material flow and daily production schedules.
• Reporting to warehouse supervision and safety/quality updates.
• Adherence to corporate safety and food safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure products, parts or supplies are shipped, distributed or received efficiently by coordinating daily operations through dock management.
• Actively participate in all facets of daily warehouse activities with primary responsibility to shipping operations.
• Oversee outbound finish goods and raw material movement with cross‑department communication.
• Assist in areas of need such as break coverage, production spikes, or absenteeism.
• Prepare and review distribution, receiving and inventory documents.
• Complete safety, attendance, inventory and related documentation on time.
• Coordinate with all pertinent departments and facilities as required.
• Provide oversight and training for efficient use of resources.
• Operate forklift to load, unload, move or stack product.
