Job summary

American Lumper Services LLC is hiring a reliable Warehouse Associate in DeForest, WI. You will perform general warehouse duties, including loading and unloading trucks, sorting freight, and stacking pallets. The role requires standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and attention to detail; forklift experience is a plus.

Shift: Monday–Friday, full-time, nights, 6pm–2:30am, $19/hour. Benefits available after probation: health insurance, PTO, 401K, on-demand pay.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail is essential for sorting and handling freight.
• Reliable transportation is required to report to the facility.
• Must be able to speak/read English and follow safety instructions.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently is required.
• Work well in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Forklift experience is a plus and may be required for some tasks.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks accurately and safely.
• Sort freight and stack/move pallets as needed.
• Maintain orderly work area and follow safety procedures.
• Stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
