Job summary

SanMar- External in Robbinsville, NJ seeks a Production II-Overnight associate to support a fast-paced warehouse operation. You will pick orders, restock locations, and audit outbound shipments using a hand-scanner, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

The role requires 1–3 years of warehouse experience, the ability to follow complex directions, and strong attention to detail. Shift is Sunday-Wednesday 8:00pm–6:30am with a pay rate of $17.50/hr plus $2.00 shift differential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse activities.
• Ability to read, write and identify colors, sizes, quantity, labels and SKUs.
• Basic math skills for counting.
• Demonstrated ability to follow directions and adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Regular and prompt attendance; overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Pick products quickly and accurately from designated locations into cartons or totes using a hand-scanner.
• Restock products into designated locations.
• Inspect and audit outbound customer orders for accuracy and ensure proper invoicing and shipping.
• Operate a voice or RF unit.
• Check out and return equipment in good condition.
• Meet minimum production and accuracy standards and delivery deadlines.
