Job summary

U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., is seeking a warehouse associate in Winchester, VA to load, stock, and move tires and auto parts in a fast-paced facility.

You will operate a forklift or picker, use scanners for inventory, and contribute to a strong safety culture. Schedule is Sunday-Thursday 10:00pm-6:30am with potential overtime. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 80 pounds occasionally, working at heights, and lifting equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment.
• 1 year of warehouse/logistics experience.
• Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally up to 80 pounds.
• Ability to exert a pushing force up to 40 pounds when handling barrels and tires.
• Ability to work at heights up to 25 feet while operating equipment.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
• Follow safety policies and SOPs.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Pre-employment drug test required (does not test for THC).

Responsibilities

• Load, unload and stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse using forklifts or picker equipment.
• Use scanners to locate and put away tires and assist with inventory control.
• Lift 50 lbs consistently and up to 80 lbs; team lifts or mechanical aids for heavy tires.
• Push loads up to 40 lbs when handling barrels and tires.
• Work at racks up to 25 feet high and operate equipment safely.
• Stay on your feet for extended periods and work overtime as needed.
• Support safety culture and follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Assist other departments such as ecomm, inventory, and will-call when needed.
• Duties may expand; perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
