Job summary

U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, is hiring for a warehouse associate to load/unload, stock tires and auto parts, and support inventory control in a fast-paced environment.

You will operate a forklift or picker, use scanners, and lift up to 80 pounds with team lifts or assistive equipment. Candidates should have at least 1 year in warehousing, be able to work 5:30 AM–2:00 PM with potential overtime, and pass safety and forklift certifications.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment
• 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience
• Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds
• Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds - working with barrels and industrial/agricultural tires
• Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment
• Abide by all Company safety policies and state and federal transportation regulations and manufacturing guidelines
• Ability to pass forklift certification
• Willing to work overtime as needed
• Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test (do not test for THC / marijuana)

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse environment using forklifts or picker equipment
• Use scanners to locate and put away tires and assist with inventory control
• Lift up to 50 pounds consistently, up to 80 pounds occasionally, with team lifts or mechanical aid
• Assist with handling barrels and tires requiring up to 40 pounds pushing force
• Work at heights of up to 25 feet while operating equipment
• Be on your feet for extended periods and work overtime as needed
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures at all times
• Support other departments such as ecomm, inventory, and will call as needed
• Perform other duties as required by supervisor
