Job summary

Catania Oils, a fourth-generation, family-owned business in Ayer, MA, seeks a Warehouse Associate for the 3rd shift. Operate forklifts and pallet jacks, load/unload trailers, and manage material flow in a food-grade facility.

You should have a high school diploma, forklift and pallet jack certification, 1+ year warehousing experience, and English fluency. ERP/RF experience is a plus; lift up to 50 lbs. Shift: Sun–Thu, 10:50 pm–7:30 am. Competitive pay and benefits. Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift and pallet jack certification required.
• 1+ year of warehousing or logistics experience preferred.
• English fluency (verbal and written) required.
• Experience with ERP systems and RF scanners is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and sit for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely in a food-grade facility.
• Load/unload trailers and move materials using RF scanners.
• Supply production lines with raw materials and manage inventory flow.
• Follow FIFO stock rotation and maintain accurate records.
• Perform forklift inspections, battery maintenance, and cleaning.
• Assist with product rework, paperwork processing, and inventory.
• Support team goals and help coworkers during downtime.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
