Four Hands, based in Austin, TX, is seeking a Night Warehouse Associate to support overnight operations. You will load and unload items, scan shipments, and stage products with speed and accuracy, ensuring tight timelines are met while maintaining quality.

The role requires 1+ year in warehouse ops, a high school diploma or GED, and basic computer skills including Excel and WMS. The shift operates 5PM–2AM, Monday through Friday, with steel-toed boots required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in warehouse/distribution center operations.
• Basic computer skills with familiarity in WMS, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload product from trailers, containers, and staging areas.
• Complete threshold scans to move product through system checkpoints.
• Verify lane assignments for proper staging.
• Stage received and outbound product according to standards.
• Confirm product accuracy during loading/unloading and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate scanning/documentation of product movements.
• Ensure staging lanes are organized and accessible.
• Follow procedures for handling, scanning, and verifying product.
• Communicate delays or discrepancies to leadership promptly.
