Job summary

Four Hands, headquartered in Austin, TX, is seeking a dependable Receiving Associate to join our warehouse team. You will ensure accurate receipt, verification, and storage of incoming goods and support overall warehouse operations.

Hours are 7AM-4PM, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate has 1+ year in warehousing, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with assistance for heavier items, standing for long periods, and willingness to work overtime.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in warehouse or distribution center operations.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills (WMS, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and move up to 225 lbs with assistance.
• Comfortable with continuous standing, walking, bending, stooping, pushing, and reaching for up to 8 hours per day.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Steel-toed boots or shoes required during work hours.

Responsibilities

• Unload containers and trucks safely and efficiently.
• Sort and stage product for receiving and storage.
• Identify and report damaged items or safety concerns.
• Keep warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
• Support team operations and warehouse projects as needed.
• Meet productivity requirements as needed.
• Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications.
