Job summary

Cardinal Health Saint Charles is seeking a Warehouse Operations team member for Sunday-Thursday nights, 6:00pm-2:30am, to fulfill orders and support product flow. The role may require cold-temperature work, safety gear, and cross-training in multiple areas, with training provided on day one.

The position offers competitive pay at $21.67 per hour (including shift differential) and a wide range of benefits, such as health coverage, PTO, 401k, and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand throughout shift.
• Flexible to work overtime as needed.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with basic technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow established process to fulfill orders, including picking, packing and preparing shipments.
• Cross-training in multiple warehouse areas as needed.
• Possibly wear steel-toed boots and work in cold temperatures during parts of shift.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control to maintain a safe environment.
• Training to operate material handling equipment as required.
