Cardinal Health, Inc. in Saint Charles, MO is hiring for a warehouse operations role on a Sunday–Thursday nights shift (7:00pm–3:30am or until finished). The position offers a competitive pay rate of $21.67 per hour (includes shift differential) and a comprehensive benefits package.

No sign-on bonus; apply early as the window may close on 09/15/2026. The role involves receiving, storing, and shipping products, with emphasis on accurate order fulfillment and safe, efficient warehouse practices.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for the entire shift.
• Able to bend, reach, stoop and lift safely during tasks.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with computers or point-of-sale systems is a plus.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow established process to fulfill orders: pick, pack, and ship.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas or participate in projects.
• Wear steel-toed boots as required and work in cold environments at times.
• Maintain housekeeping and inventory control for a safe workspace.
• Train and be certified to operate material handling equipment as needed.
