Columbia Distributing is seeking Night Warehouse Associates to accurately pick and prepare customer orders for the delivery team. This role emphasizes teamwork and reliability in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities include using an electric pallet jack, shipping and pallet-picking duties, and adhering to safety and productivity standards; flexibility for overtime and weekend work is expected.

Formación

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in a warehouse/logistics environment preferred.
• Experience using a Pallet Jack preferred.

Night Warehouse Associates play a pivotal role at Columbia Distributing. They are responsible for picking and preparing customer orders accurately for our delivery team. Working as a team is a critical part of this position's success.

Primary Responsibilities

• Accurately pick customer orders using an electric pallet jack and/other provided technology
• Perform all duties related to shipping and picking picking-to-pallet of products
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards
• Demonstrate positive, cooperative, and team-oriented behavior with co-workers, supervisors, managers consistent with those of the Company's Core Values at all times
• Complete all other tasks or projects as assigned

Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position, days and hours of work vary and may include weekends and overtime as necessary. Days/hours are Sunday -- Thursday beginning at 3:30PM

• Minimum of 18 years of age

• Experience in a warehouse, with logistics or material handling
• Experience using a Pallet Jack
• High school diploma or GED

Compensation

• Employees (and their families) are eligible to enroll in medical, dental and vision insurance after 60 days of continuous employment . Employees are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan after 90 days of continuous employment.
• Employees receive eight paid holidays and one personal day per year and are eligible for 1 week paid vacation following 1 year of continued employment.
