Job summary

American Lumper Services LLC in Cleveland, OH is seeking an overnight Warehouse Office Assistant to join our growing nationwide team. You will answer calls and emails, assist drivers with delivery locations, and support customers, carrier partners, and staff with administrative tasks, billing, inventory, and meetings.

Ideal candidates communicate clearly, deliver excellent customer service, and adapt quickly to new software.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Has strong customer service skills and enjoys problem solving.
• Has warehouse experience.
• Has a strong background with computers and can adapt to new software.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel), email, and phones.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and emails and relay information to drivers and customers.
• Provide details to drivers on delivery locations and schedules.
• Assist team with administrative duties, billing, inventory, and client/staff meetings.
• Interact with drivers, suppliers, warehouse staff and other office admins in a respectful manner.
