Job summary

ProMedica Flower Hospital seeks a Voice Operations Specialist to serve as the main communication contact for hospital operations. You will operate the phone system, manage all outside and internal calls, and dispatch officers while documenting security activities.

You will also page emergency information, physicians, and codes, and oversee surveillance monitoring and access control alarms. This part-time night-shift role requires a high school diploma or GED and prior dispatcher or operator

Qualifications

• Dispatcher or operator experience preferred.
