Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and maintain a friendly, professional demeanor
• Assist guests with luggage to rooms during check-in and check-out
• Hail taxis and answer questions about the hotel and area
• Provide guests with hotel information and arrange transportation as needed
• Deliver items to rooms and assist with guest requests; support Concierge when available
• Be knowledgeable about local events and area recommendations for guests
• Support hotel operations as needed, including doorperson duties and handling lost and found
• Ensure lobby and immediate areas are clean and clear for guest arrival
