Job summary

Pacific West Site Services, Inc. is seeking a Utility Tech in California for routine maintenance and preventative tasks across diverse environments. You will perform inspections, assist in fleet vehicle maintenance, and handle power tools repairs to minimize major breakdowns.

The role emphasizes safety adherence, clean work areas, and teamwork with supervision to ensure project success and customer satisfaction. Ability to operate boom/lifts and perform light cleaning may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Six months in a company environment or equivalent experience preferred
• Valid driver's license with clean MVR; forklift certification may be required.
• Completed all safety and task training certifications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean work area and complies with company safety rules, policies, and procedures
• Stop at risk behavior of others and self
• Follow posted safety standards and wears personal protective equipment when necessary
• Inspect and repair fleet vehicles, troubleshoot power tools or replace a broken component on a production machine
• Inspect work process to ensure all projects turn out correctly
• Take direction and responds to supervision and performs work assignments in a team with other employees
• Understand customer service and satisfaction
• May utilize Boom Lift/Highlift to complete the following:
• High rise Window Cleaning
• High Rise Dusting
• Cleaning of stainless steel and frames utilizing
• Light Cleaning
• Other duties as assigned
