Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of commercial driving experience.
• Valid Driver License (CDL or non-commercial).
• Excellent time management, customer service and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily pre- and post-shift vehicle inspections and report deficiencies to shop.
• Report improper operation, faulty equipment, and unusual conditions to Operations Manager.
• Operate service trucks to and from pre-designated work sites based on routing information.
• Service portable restrooms, holding tanks, septic tanks, sinks, showers at sites per guidelines.
• Notify management of issues on back-up routes.
• Maintain radio contact with dispatch for instructions and route changes.
• Maintain truck logs per state and federal regulations.
• Follow all established safety rules and regulations.
• Operate flat bed trucks to deliver or pick up portable restrooms, sinks, tanks, etc.
• Operate fence trucks; lead fence jobs when assigned.
• Operate tanker/transfer trucks to local dumps and complete required paperwork.
• Special projects as assigned by management.
