Qualifications

• Access control/badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required by policy.
• Licensing requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, employees, and contractors by following security procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial office buildings, common areas, parking facilities, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, maintain visitor and contractor records, and report access concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a calm, professional manner and contact appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear activity reports and communicate observations to leadership.
