Job summary

Physicians Regional Healthcare System in Naples, FL seeks an Ultrasound Technologist to perform diagnostic ultrasound exams with independence and adherence to safety protocols. The role emphasizes accurate imaging, patient comfort, and compliant documentation in the EHR and PACS.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of clinical ultrasound experience required.
• 2-4 years of clinical ultrasound experience preferred.
• Certification as ARDMS/ARRT or registry eligible required.

Responsibilities

• Performs ultrasound procedures independently, adhering to department protocols.
• Verifies patient identification and ordered procedures prior to imaging.
• Documents imaging procedures and patient information in the EHR and uploads to PACS.
• Maintains equipment, supplies, and a safe care environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned and ensures attendance.
