Job summary

Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Valid RN licensure in the applicable state(s).
- Minimum two years of recent clinical experience across specialties.
- Prior leadership/supervisory experience required.
- Maintain credentials per specialty area (ACLS, TNCC, etc).
Responsibilities
- Float throughout the hospital and/or multiple locations/regions as needed.
- Assess, identify outcomes, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Act independently within license and scope of knowledge.
- Delegate, decide, and own outcomes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support quality improvement.
- Adapt to new ideas and manage competing priorities.
