Job summary

Ally Waste is seeking Part-Time, Night Trash Collectors (Trash Valet) to work a short evening schedule. You will collect tied trash bags from apartment doorsteps and transport them to the community dumpster, taking photos in the company app and following PPE guidelines.

Shifts run Sunday-Thursday evenings starting at 7pm, typically about 1 hour per night (around 5 hours per week). The role offers weekly pay and opportunities for advancement within a safety-focused team.

Qualifications

• Must have a smartphone to perform tasks in the app.
• Ability to carry up to 30 lbs and walk stairs; be active for 1–2 hours.
• Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions and evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Walk the apartment community collecting tied trash bags from residents' doorsteps.
• Transport bags to the designated dumpster area.
• Take and upload photos in our company app.
• Follow safety guidelines using provided PPE.
• Work independently outdoors in all weather conditions.
