McLane is seeking a Transportation Coordinator to handle daily administrative tasks in the Transportation department. You’ll prepare delivery paperwork, verify driver routes, and maintain DOT files to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar transportation function preferred.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and understanding English for safety and operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare delivery paperwork for drivers.
• Pull and put away keys.
• Confirm driver on routes.
• Perform DOT file maintenance.
• Process payroll.
• Check in driver and verify paperwork.
• This position has additional responsibilities; special projects may be assigned by supervisor.
