Responsibilities

• Handle various office and administrative duties including accounts payable/receivable and collections.
• Perform payroll, fuel reconciliation, and maintain office supplies and billing.
• Maintain database records and generate miscellaneous reports.
• Audit logs, trip reports, and other DOT reporting requirements.
• Assist with customer service interactions, driver equipment requests, and pallet tracking.
