Rite of Passage is hiring a Direct Juvenile Support Worker at The Cypress Creek Juvenile Correction Center in Lecanto, FL. Join a team of advocates dedicated to improving the lives of youth and providing a safe, supportive environment. Shifts are 9pm through 9am.

Pay is $20.00 per hour, with a $1,000 bonus after successful completion of the Essential Skills Training Program following 90 days of employment. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, company-paid life insurance within 90 days, 401k

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Completed 60 hours of college education or one year of experience working with at-risk youth.
• Must meet requirements to be eligible ROP driver; valid State Driver’s License and clean driving record for past 3 years; CDL allows driving buses.

Responsabilités

• Transport students to and from the site for off-site appointments.
• Complete required reports and documentation in a timely manner.
• Provide supervision ensuring student and staff safety during off-site travel and appointments.
