Job summary

Select Specialty Hospital in Pontiac, MI is seeking a Telemetry Technician for a full-time night shift. You will monitor patient rhythms, respond to alarms, and ensure rapid, accurate EKG interpretation under RN supervision.

Qualifications

• Must complete and pass EKG class for Monitor Techs within 30 days.
• Pass competency tests and other required evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Continuously monitor assigned patient monitors and respond to alarms promptly.
• Verify correct identification of basic and lethal rhythms; manage strip interpretations with RN.
• Perform EKG interpretations (rate, regularity, PRI, QRS, QT, ST) and report findings.
