Job summary

Penn State Health Lancaster Medical Center is seeking a Part Time PCA on the 5 South telemetry unit. You will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to assist with patient care, ensuring comfort and basic needs are met.

The position features a 0.60 FTE with night hours (7:00 PM–7:00 AM) and every 3rd weekend. A $2.50/hour night shift differential applies, along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• BLS certification must be obtained prior to orientation completion.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient care activities under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
• Provide non-professional services to support patient comfort and personal needs.
• Work on the 5 South medical telemetry unit on a fast-paced schedule.
