Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Night Supervisor (RN/LPN) to serve as the overnight clinical anchor, ensuring resident safety and quality care. You will supervise caregivers, manage shifts, oversee medication administration, and coordinate with physicians and families while maintaining documentation standards and regulatory compliance.

This role requires active nursing license, at least 1 year in senior care, and strong assessment and delegation skills.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Graduate of approved nursing program.
• 1+ year experience in senior care or clinical setting.
• Strong assessment, delegation and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor resident health and respond to condition changes.
• Evaluate and document falls, incidents, and emergencies.
• Supervise caregivers and medication staff.
• Manage attendance, staffing gaps, and shift assignments.
• Oversee medication administration and narcotic counts.
• Transcribe physician orders and update Service Plans.
• Ensure documentation meets regulatory standards.
• Serve as liaison with physicians, pharmacy, and families.

What We’re Looking For:

Pay Range: 27.60 - 34.55
