Real Estate Management Solutions LLC in Baraboo, WI is seeking a Night Supervisor to lead the cleaning team and support evening operations across multiple properties.

This full-time role (4:30pm–12:00am, 30–35 hours/week) focuses on directing staff, performing hands-on cleaning, ensuring health and safety regulations, and coordinating schedule coverage.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership or supervisory experience or potential.
• Experience in cleaning roles is helpful but not required.
• Willingness to travel between properties and cover shifts.
• Able to comply with health and safety regulations.

What's the role?

The Night Supervisor plays a key role in supporting the evening operations of REMS' property management by leading the cleaning team. This full-time position is ideal for someone who is highly motivated, dependable, and flexible with their schedule. Job tasks could include:

• Overseeing nightly cleaning tasks to ensure quality standards are met across properties
• Providing direction, training and support to team members working evening shifts
• Performing hands-on cleaning, property upkeep, and coverage support when needed
• Responding to staffing needs and assisting with schedule coverage when team members are unavailable
• Communicating effectively with team members and management
• Notify management of any observed deficiencies or needs for repairs
• Follow all health and safety regulations.

What experience and skills do I need to be successful?

• Passionate about laundry, cleaning, and providing a spotless end product
• Experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not required
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
• Highly motivated, dependable and adaptable to changing priorities on short notice
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between multiple properties as needed
• Follow all health and safety regulations.

What's the schedule?

This is a full-time evening position working approximately 30-35 hours per week. The typical schedule is Monday - Friday from 4:30pm to 12:00am. Scheduling may vary based on business demands, property needs, and staffing coverage.
