Job summary

REMS in Baraboo, WI seeks a dedicated Supervisor to lead the cleaning team across multiple properties. This full-time role blends hands-on cleaning with day-to-day operations, demanding flexibility and proactive leadership.

You will train staff, coordinate schedules, ensure quality and safety standards, and communicate with management across shifts while supporting repairs and upkeep as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning roles preferred but not required.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to properties as needed.
• Flexible schedule to support the various operational needs.
