Qualifications

• Prolonged walking or standing for 8-12 continuous hours.
• Frequent bending, stooping, climbing, crouching, reaching, balancing, pushing, pulling (e.g. ice cart with 50+ bags of ice, lifting 40 lbs+).
• Ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties and responsibilities of the General Manager in their absence or at their discretion.
• Illustrate competent knowledge of various Point Of Sale and transactional devices.
• Reconcile multiple shift reports.
• Resolve customer issues in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assign and inspect elements listed on shift duty list.
• Communicate professionally with the Store General Manager and employees.
• Understand and apply federal, state, and local laws as they apply to retail sales and general employment matters.
• Assure safety rules and regulations are implemented and followed.
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks at one time.
• Interact professionally with other team members.
• Performs other duties as required and/or assigned.
