Job summary

Price Chopper seeks a Night Crew Supervisor to manage the third shift, ensuring fast, friendly service and accurate shelf stocking. You will oversee clerks, coordinate orders, and maintain inventory levels while upholding company policies and 5S standards.

You will also supervise scheduling, front-end operations, and staff training, aiming for efficient nightly resets and smooth store operation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age and able to manage others.
• Strong communication and basic computer skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the nighttime operation of the store and supervise Night Crew Associates.
• Ensure shelves are stocked and labeled properly and maintain 5S standards.
• Handle front end and office operations, including resets and approvals.
• Assist with ordering of merchandise and maintaining inventory levels.
• train and develop new Night Crew staff and enforce policy.
• Protect inventory and adhere to sanitation and pricing procedures.
• Coordinate scheduling for Night Crew and monitor productivity targets.
