Job summary

Price Chopper Supermarkets-Market 32 is seeking a Night Crew supervisor to oversee the Third Shift operations. You will ensure fast, friendly customer service, maintain shelves, and manage backroom inventory while coordinating with the Night Manager in their absence.

The role requires leading the Night Crew, handling scheduling, and enforcing 5S standards, safety and sanitation guidelines, and corporate policies across the shift.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to manage others and demonstrate follow-through to achieve desired results.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire Third Shift store operation two to three nights a week.
• Maintain shelf conditions and inventory levels to promote sales.
• Unload Warehouse and DSD merchandise deliveries.
• Evaluate the performance of Store Associates.
• Assist in scheduling Night Crew Associates and ensure end-of-shift procedures are completed.
