Job summary

H-E-B is seeking a Night Stocker to support stocking across the store, learning multiple departments and contributing to a team-driven night shift. You will gain product knowledge, follow SOPs, and help ensure a clean, organized environment while meeting nightly goals.

You will stock shelves, assist customers, and work across departments, with potential coaching roles for other Stockers as needed.

Responsibilities

• Stocks shelves and refills displays.
• Loads, unloads, and moves heavy products; may unload trucks.
• Keeps shelves neat and organized; applies product knowledge and rotation.
• Follows SOPs and safety/ sanitation standards.
• Assists customers in locating products and answering questions.
• Works cross-functionally within the store to meet nightly goals.
• May coach/train other Stockers.
