Job summary

WinCo Foods in Oceanside, CA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to maintain and replenish stock and support customer service on a 9:00 pm to 9:00 am shift in a 24/7 operation. You will handle stocking, product presentation, and basic safety tasks, working 6–8 hour shifts with emphasis on accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities include stocking, rotating products, operating pallet jacks or hand trucks, and assisting customers as needed while upholding safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide friendly, courteous service to customers and teammates.
• Willingness to work varied nights in a 24/7 operation, including weekends/holidays.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs and maneuver heavy objects.
• Basic math and numerical checking for stock and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and replenish stock to meet customer needs.
• Stock, rotate, and face product; discard spoiled items as needed.
• Build product displays and operate hand trucks and pallet jacks.
• Ensure a safe, sanitary work environment and follow policies.
• Assist customers and perform other duties as assigned.
