Qualifications

• Completion of Cosentino’s Learning Plan training.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge and execution of Cosentino’s Customer Service Standards.

Responsibilities

• Unload and sort incoming shipments and stock them in designated areas without damaging merchandise.
• Stock grocery shelves using face-front display and match UPC codes to shelf tags.
• Count and record merchandise to support inventory processes.
• Monitor expiration dates and rotate ad items as needed.
• Keep back room, cooler/freezer areas neat and ready for deliveries.
• Operate, clean and maintain equipment safely.
• Meet productivity standards to achieve team and individual results.
• Ensure a safe, clean work area for customers and coworkers.
