Responsibilities

• Receive, store, and issue sales floor merchandise.
• Stock shelves, racks, cases, bins, and tables with merchandise to attract customers.
• Answer customers' questions about merchandise and advise customers on selection.
• Observe scheduled shift hours as assigned by management.
• Give friendly, courteous and prompt service to customers.
• Properly clean and maintain display cases, shelves, equipment and aisles.
• Compare merchandise invoices to actual shipments to ensure accuracy.
• Record all shift hours worked; verify and sign time sheets.
