Job summary

Houchens Food Group is seeking a store stocker to receive, store, and issue sales floor merchandise. You will stock shelves, coolers, displays, and tables with new items and ensure fronting and restocking as needed.

The role requires basic math, ability to lift and be on your feet, and willingness to work as part of a team. Prior experience is not required; on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions about merchandise and assist with selection.

• Provide friendly, prompt service to customers.
• Stock shelves, displays, and fixtures with merchandise.
• Receive, open, and issue stock for the sales floor.
• Keep cases and aisles clean and organized.
• Verify shipments against invoices and records.
• Record and sign work hours and time entries.
• Discuss stock issues with store leadership.
• Complete tasks assigned by management.
