Qualifications

• Age 18+ or older.
• Experience stocking and in customer service preferred.
• Physically demanding role; ability to lift up to 50–100 lbs depending on department.
• Understanding of SOPs and safety procedures.
• Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Forklift/power jack training provided upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Stocks shelves and refills displays.
• Loads, unloads, and moves heavy products; may unload trucks.
• Conditions shelves and products; ensures rotation and labeling accuracy.
• Learns product knowledge and applies it to meet standards.
• Keeps department clean and organized, including back room areas.
• Follows SOPs and leader directions; maintains productivity.
• Adheres to food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Works in a team and may coach other Stockers.
• Assists customers in locating products and answering questions.
