Job summary

H-E-B is seeking a Night Stocker to join the Grocery or Drug Store teams. You will stock shelves, learn product knowledge, and support cross-department collaboration while ensuring accuracy and safety in a fast-paced night-shift environment.

Responsibilities include loading, unloading, and restocking, maintaining clean and organized spaces, and applying SOPs with a team-oriented approach. Some roles may involve coaching other Stockers and assisting customers as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Experience stocking and in customer service preferred.
• Physically demanding role requiring lifting and moving heavy items.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and replenish displays.
• Load/unload and move heavy products, may assist with trucks.
• Maintain shelf conditions and product knowledge.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the department and back room.
• Support SOPs and follow leader directions.
• Potentially coach other Stockers and assist customers in locating products.
