Qualifications

• Customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stock and merchandize shelves accurately.
• Familiarity with store layout, pricing and product locations.
• Attention to detail in stocking, labeling and rotation.
• Strong organization and time management for busy shifts.
• Ability to operate pallet jacks and safety-compliant equipment.
• Monitor stock levels and maintain backroom organization.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures and stocking steps.
• Adapt to day, evening, or overnight shifts and physical tasks.
• Lift up to 60 lbs and perform repetitive movements safely.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves on the floor and assist customers with questions.
• Prepare the store for next day during overnight shifts; handle deliveries.
• Move products from backroom to sales floor and rotate inventory.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and repack as needed.
• Keep aisles clear and equipment safe and properly stored.
