Job summary

H.E.B. in Texas is seeking a Night Stocker to join our Grocery or Drug Store team. You will stock shelves, organize back room areas, and learn product knowledge while supporting nightly goals with a team mindset.

You will work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays, with potential training on SOPs and safety procedures. Prior stocking or customer service experience is a plus; fitness to perform heavy lifting is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Stocking and customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to perform repetitive, physically demanding tasks and lift up to 50–66 lbs depending on department.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, refills displays and moves heavy, bulky products.
• Assist customers and answer product questions; work cross-functionally within the store.
• Maintain clean, organized departments and follow SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Support nightly goals and potentially train other stocking associates.
