Summary

The Night Stocker is primarily responsible for guest relations and satisfaction. The role involves shelf stocking, back-room duties, spill cleanup, general housekeeping, and other tasks as assigned by management.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet, acknowledge, and engage guests upon entering the area or department
• Follow daily work schedules as assigned by management
• Perform stocking duties including lifting, stocking, rotating, blocking, facing, dusting, and ordering
• Maintain cleanliness in sales floor and backroom areas
• Remain attentive to guest needs during store hours and assist in directing guests to items
• Perform other duties as required by management

Key Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Availability to work between 9:00 pm and 7:00 am
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Physical ability to perform duties including bending, lifting, squatting, climbing, walking, and running
• Ability to operate backroom equipment such as box balers and safety cutters
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs regularly
• Willingness to accept supervisory feedback on performance and attitude
• Ability to work as part of a team and maintain good relations with colleagues
